The public rubbish bin on the pavement outside the row of shoes and especially outside number 46 Bishops Way, which is a general shop has been missing since the gails in February, it needs to be replaced. The base is still there but the actual bin has disappeared and people are leaving there rubbish nearby or in the hollow base. These are busy shops and there is a bus stop next to it we need a bin there!!, 20th April
